Job/Work Order Management System Business Analyst

£500 - £550 a day

A highly respected RSL are looking for an experienced work order management/scheduling business analyst to support with their exciting projects. This is a daily-rate contract role, outside of IR35, requiring one day per week onsite working from offices based in London.

Your main responsibilities will be the support and development of the organisation’s job/work order system integration activity through using your expert product knowledge and traditional business analysis techniques (process modelling, use cases, root cause analysis etc). You will be responsible for the road mapping of strategic systems improvements, supporting project delivery/management and seamless system integration by providing detailed technical documentation.

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrable subject matter expertise of job/work order management systems such as Salesforce Field Service, Oneserve, Totalmobile, Advanced/Kirona DRS, Civica Cx Contractor Workforce etc
  • Experience working as a business analyst/product owner or similar within a facilities management, social housing, local authority, or similar setting
  • Strong business analysis techniques such as process modelling/remodelling, use cases, root cause analysis, Moscow, PESTLE etc
  • Strong documentation and written skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder management
