Lioness Recruitment – careers handled with care. Are you a proven NEC/Northgate Housing technical support analyst looking for a challenge? Our RSL client are looking for somebody who can deal with their technical support tickets and provide prompt and efficient fixes. This role is offered on an initial three month daily-rate contract basis outside of IR35 and can be worked completely remotely.

You will be responsible for supporting with the organisations overall systems change projects by dealing with complex, technical support tickets for the NEC Housing system. You will support application development, solution design and building application best practices.

Essential experience:

  • Technical/3rd line support experience of NEC/Northgate Housing
  • Supporting application development
  • System interfacing
  • Third party supplier/contract management
  • Working on IT projects
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to think from a system user perspective
