This is a 3-month initial contract with strong possibility of extension. The contract is offered outside of IR35 and can be worked completely remotely.

As the NEC Housing Rents Consultant you will be supporting the organisation in rent setting, service charge setting and collections setting. You will have excellent technical experience across these particular areas within NEC/Northgate Housing specifically, and must be happy working in a high-pressure, busy environment.

Essential experience:

• Experience with NEC/Northgate Housing
  
• SQL/PL-SQL
  
• Rents setting, service charge setting and collection setting specifically
  
• Building stakeholder relationships & training systems users
